Adrees came from the model side. Agents, retrieval, tool calling, and the unglamorous work of making them refuse.
Most automation projects fail somewhere between those two people. Someone who understands the model does not know what the floor actually does at 4pm on a Friday. Someone who knows the floor cannot tell when an agent is confidently wrong.
